NROLFW Calorie Goals

Are they net or gross?
Just did the calculations from the book and got the following:
Maintenance
Non-workout days- 1920
Workout days- 2160
So...do I just aim to eat those totals daily and not worry about eating back exercise calories, or do I aim to net those numbers?
I also wear a Fitbit, and it usually provides me with some extra calories on MFP. I am trying to decide whether or not to eat these calories back.
Any advice is appreciated!!

Hi there,
I say go with what feels right. I experienced raging hunger on my non workout days and I'm ok on the workout days. I wear a HRM as well and sometimes burn up to 500 cals which is much more than my calculated calorie goal would add, I just go with how I feel. I know that's not much help. Don't overeat, don't starve yourself I guess.

Eat those daily totals, do not eat back your exercise calories. The book's numbers already account for extra calories on workout days.
If you're trying to lose weight, reduce those numbers by 300-500 calories.0 -
Thanks you guys0
