Stage 1 at home ??

I am about to start stage 1 B or I would have searched for the answer instead of asking. I do this at home but do not have the equipment for the lat pulldowns. What can I do instead? The book does not offer any alternatives to these like other exercises. Thanks

    I hooked a exercise band through the top hinge of my door. I then knelt down and pulled down behind my head. I looked it up online.

    Thanks. I will look into that as well. I just did some modified pull-ups because I read the lat pulldowns are just prep for pull-ups anyway.

    There is an alternate, look a couple pages further, can't remember what it's called right now. You lay flat, arms up, then lower them back with your arms straight.
