Does anyone else think that the weekends are more challenging than the weekdays re: diet and exercise? My routine is a little different because I do not go to the gym on Sunday and I am usually spending time with my family - which means more down time at home. I would love to hear your ideas on staying accountable and motivated over the weekend!!!

    the weekend is hard for anyone. i know its hard for me and i don't have a big family, when the weekend starts its always in my mind is FREE DAY! but its not,its all about finding your right balance. you don't have to workout on the weekends if you like to spend time with your family,
    just remember you can always get back on track the next day.

    Sat and Sun are my off days, but I still track my activities and what I eat so I don't go overboard. I watch my portions and do enough activity to at least break even by the end of the day =)
