Last weeks results (including mine) were less than fantastic....
If we are serious about this journey I think we all need to pick up the pace.. 90% of it is mental. We can accomplish anything if we believe... It takes hard work, but we can do this!!
Please share anything you think may help motivate each other...

I too have been feeling unmotivated…I’m confused about the diet issue…EAT WHAT! If I stick to the 1200 it keeps telling me I’m not eating enough…I’m working my a*@ off most of the time in the 80% of heart zone yet I’m not burning as many calories as I did when I wasn’t working in the 50% zone which today feeling like I’m wasting my time. Mentally and physically I’m ready to start pumping some iron (real iron), however, with iron comes weigh. I do have a goal weight to start but it not coming fast enough. At the rate I’m losing I’m 4 to 5 months away. Summer has started here in Florida at 8 am its 80 degrees and humid. I live in a very small town the only gym with in 40 miles is here in my town. However, the owner of my gym in order to keep his electric cost down keeps the gym sometimes warmer that it is out side. When I have talked to him about he just looks at me and says “I thought you were here to sweat?” I tell him “sweat yes pass out NO!” I’m not the only person voicing my opinion on this. I don’t know about the rest of you but, I have to have it cooler to move hard. I just spoke with my husband about going to the gym at 5 am when it opens. However, he doesn’t think I’ll make it. Add to all of that then there is the devil running as his crap... if I’m not fighting the agency for person with disabilities over service cuts which is yearly then I’m fighting with the medical insurance company over Tabatha’s need for silk nursing care, then I’m fighting Medicaid for medical equipment...I’m not just doing this for 1 kid I’m doing it for 4. Just doing it for 1 person is a full time job….ok now I’m on my soap box…ok back up and remember the main objective…TIME FOR ME! ITS ABOUT ME
