Hello and welcome to the first official week!

This morning I did my first fit test. I did better at some things (Power Knees) than others (Push-Up Jacks, I'm looking at you).

Here are my results:

1. Switch Kicks: 39
2. Power Jacks: 42
3. Power Knees: 58
4. Power Jumps: 32
5. Globe Jumps: 5
6. Suicide Jumps: 10
7. Push Up Jacks: 3
8. Low Plank Oblique: 22

I wasn't overly tired doing the test, and I'm looking forward to the fist workout tomorrow and seing my progress over the next 60 days. Please feel free to post your results as well!

    I forgot how hard the fit test is. Tomorrow the fun begins!

    I borrowed the DVD's from a friend of mine, and she didn't give me the fit test. So, yesterday I started the first disk.

    i took the fit test with my teenagers and forgot to write the results. I cannot take that again. I am so looking forward to the first workout. if it is anything like the fit test OMG!!!
