I've completed Phase 1 and Phase 2....onto Phase 3!!!! Yeah!!
I did my measurements today and compared them from when I began and was shocked!!! I've lost a total of 14.25 inches!!!
Specific losses:
Waist - 3.5 inches
Hips - 3 inches
Left upper arm - .25
Right upper arm - .25
Left thigh - .5
Right thigh - 0
Right calf - 1.5
Left calf - 1.25
Bust - 2.5
Chest 1.5
BF% - .9 % (not huge but at least it's headed in the right direction!)
I took before pics when I began the program and I'm going to have my daughter take pics today but I will not be posting any of my pics until I've completed the program!!
And...get this....I was comparing my weight and measurements to where I was at this point LAST year working out in the gym with a personal trainer and while I weighed approximately 8 pounds less than I do now, all my measurements were bigger, esp my waist and hips!!

That's great! Congratulations! I too am starting phase 3 tomorrow...haven't taken any measurements since the day before I started...hoping for big results after phase 3. (although a little disappointed in the lbs lost...only 7 on this program - but I am not following her diet - just trying to stick to 1400 calories/day) I am terrified of workout 9 (the odd ones are always harder for me). Good luck!0
