i thought yesterday was day 5,but it was 6
OK today i burned 730
yesterday i did a little walk so my total so far is 6417
just 700 more and i would have lost 2lbs of fat, but its not going to show on the scale because i do weight training, i can really see my body changing,its just not on the scale,

I'm lost on what day is what. If someone can clear this up for me. Anyways This is what I've done so far
4/30 Mon 987 cal
5/1 Tues 383 cal
5/2 Wed 809
5/3 Thurs 854
5/4 Fri 927
5/5 Sat 3080 -
today is day 7, tomorrow will be day 8 and new challenge begins on Tuesday.

im lost...I cant seem to find day 6 =s so im just gonna stick it in here with my day 7. Sorry if that messes things up....i can always come back and edit my post if it does.
Day 6= goal 1300 food 2361 exercise 1182
Day 7 =goal 1300 food 2006 exercise 2065
burning at least 700 cal during a workout session IMO is not that bad...i wish i would have lost 1.5 lbs but the scale hasnt budged...however i did lose about half an inch around my waist and hips. wish i could see more weight loss results but I think my strength training has something to do with that...0
