Here is your challenge for week 7 beginning on 5/7/2012
This week will we will working on our abs and core muscles!!
We challenge you to completed the following through out the week. I set up the amounts to do 10-20 of each exercise 5 days this week.....but as usually we are only reporting the weekly total so space them out however you need. I included videos again in case you aren't sure how to do something!!
50 Supermans

100 Standard Crunches
