Hi,

This is probably really silly question, but I want to make sure I do this right.

I just finished the book and plan to start tomorrow. I have a couple questions...It says Squat (p. 157)..I can choose any of the squats until the deadlift section..correct? Do the exercises get progressively harder for each section?
