Anyone have any tips or suggestions for getting over a plateau? I seem to be stuck even though I've increased my workouts/calories burnt. I'd really love to reach my goal (6 more lbs) by early June. Help?!?

You can either wait it out, increase your exercise even more (not my choice because I already work out more than enough) , or cut calories. I prefer to eat my nutrient dense carbs, like oatmeal in the morning, and then cut all carbs except fruits and vegetables out for the rest of the day. I also do not eat anything for three hours before sleeping. This seems to work for me! Good luck0
