Thanks all-Wow, I love this and I love the results you are getting, just when your inner voice was telling you to work harder and eat less, you listened to logic and it worked! Woohoo! I think we all have that inner voice, and that is why we are here, it's nice to hear when it all falls into place. Congrats and keep it going!
Thanks- For the record I am actually eating a little less now overall than before- but eating more consistently every day and not chasing all those exercise calories. It always seemed a little counter intuitive to me to make myself eat a huge amount of extra food on days I had a good workout even if I didn't feel like I wanted to but that's the way MFP is set up. I like this plan much better and for now it's working.0 -
