What am I doing wrong?

Since April 1st I upped my calories from 1440 to 1650- then April 7th I upped then again from 1650 to 1850 when someone recommended I up them again to that number. My BMR is 1591 and my TDEE is something like 2200.. Anyways some of my history:

I started MFP back on March 6th- the first two weeks eating at 1440 I lost an average of 2.2 pounds per week. the third week I might have lost .2 pounds. Then I plateaued at 166.6. I have been at 165.6 for over 1 month now. When upping my calories it help for everyday I saw myself lose .2 until I plateaued again a week later and stopped at 165.6. Total to date I have lost 5 pounds.

I really, really do not want to sit here crying on this thread about my problem, but I am at a total lost as what I am doing wrong. I am still counting and tonight I start a vigorous cardio workout schedule that will last till about the end of July. Up till now I have done no workouts consistently to lose. I know a lot of you will say "hold in there, add some workouts and you will lose!" But then in-lies my question, how can hundreds on here lose without workouts and I am consistently eating right and nothing is happening? At this point all that matters is what is wrong with my body? To enlighten you on my eating habits etc I eat oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt for a morning snack, a light lunch with veggies (such as salads or frozen veggies) then I have fresh veggies for an afternoon snack and then fish or chicken for dinner. Of course this has not been for a month straight but for the past 1-2 weeks I have changed my eating habits to reflect this...

I am really frustrated.. I want to lose 30 more pounds before next July- 2013. At this rate I wont lose any. Can someone enlighten me as to what I might be doing wrong. Perhaps someone is out there that it took them a whole year to lose 30 pounds,or 2 months at a time to lose 5IB>!!!!

*sigh* I know this workout schedule (if anyone is curious) it is 30 day shred coupled with a 10k training program. so my weekly schedule is as follows

Tues: 30DS+ w1d1
Wed: 30DS
Thurs: w1d2
Fri: 30DS
Sat:: 30DS w1d3
Sun: Walk 60 mins
Mon: Rest

    It might help if you open up your diary.

    Also, do you take your measurements? With the 30 DS I lost 17 inches over my body but didn't lose a pound.
