Has anyone tried the Belly Fat Cure diet?

:smile: I have started the Fat Belly Cure. And while I like the program I am not that fond of mexican food, It is to spicy for me. A lot of the recipes in the book are mexican. What I was wondering is; is anyone else doing this program? Do you have any recipe ideas?
I like the idea of low carbs and low sugar. Thanks.

    I was just looking at the book while at work tonight. I really like the look of it. I do really well when I cut out sugar & eat low carb & agree with a lot of what he has to say. Have you had any success with it yet?
