    Indeed...feel bad, but to put it in context, on Saturday night some guy was being a creeper towards one of my girl friends. I (sober) told the guy to knock it off.

    Later the guy did it again and my friend was almost crying and at that point (me not sober) said some choice words to him that spiraled down hill.

    I think im taking a break from outside the house for a while.

    Anyways Im thinking maybe 100 calories lol

    hmmm, alcohol seems to exacerbate many an issue doesn't it? :smile: Doesn't mean the guy didn't need to learn a lesson or two though....

    I suppose you could always try 'boxing' for however many minutes it took you to knock the jerk down a peg...see what you get from that??

    How high did your heart rate get? We're you able to have a conversation while fighting or were you too out of breath to speak?

    I'm sure we can figure this out......

    Hmmm, no I was super winded...couldnt speak for a bit....probably took about 20 minutes for my heart rate to come down lol

    Kidding aside.

    I feel bad. I hate doing that kind of stuff, and its only happened a handful of times in my life. But if there is every anything that sets me off, its when some creeper violates a girl like that, especially one of my good friends.

    One of those scary situations where all you see is red. What happened to people respect? ./sigh

    Back to kidding

    I did break a small sweat, nothing crazy, but had to take my hat off to cool off....

    Oh ya during that whole thing, my hat stayed on!
