How do you plan for a big eating day?

So I upped my calories about 3 weeks ago and I am trying to stay consistent each day with my 1900 calorie goal. It seams like there is always an event that I go to on the weekend and I end up going over my goal. I try and eat well throughout the day and save up my calories. What do you do when you go over your daily calorie goal?

I am used to eating back my exercise calories, so eating a consistent daily goal is a little challenging for me. I am still trying to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

What is your TDEE cut target that you are shooting for?

Going over is not a bad thing, and remember you have overhead. If you eat at your TDEE (not the cut TDEE) you are still fine. One day does not really matter in the grand scheme of things

Well of course unless your going over by a couple thousand calories :)

My TDEE is 2310 and I am cutting to 1900. I just wasnt sure if I should try and add more exercise to my normal week to help balance it out. Sounds like you are telling me that I have some room.

Definitely have some wiggle room there. You already have a daily deficit built into your target :) Its all about calories in vs calories out (for the most part)
