Hi, I'm Kate and this is my first time on this site. I am finishing up all the pre steps to my surgery which will hopefully be in July. I look forward to learning from everyone here.

    Hi Kate, Jim here, welcome to this group I'm newly back from surgery myself had my RNY on April 23rd. This site is great for tracking meals and also for support.

    Welcome Kate, I'm having a RNY on the 15th of this month and there are several of us here in the pre- or new surgery club but also several years out just here to maintain.
