Eat 2 fruits. Go a little further in the 30DS workout (I only made 8 yesterday before I dropped) =O Do a 3 mile Walk Away The Pounds workout!!

(Nutrition) Eat at least 2 fruits and drink 10 cups (80 oz.) of water. (Physical) Work out a minimum of 100 minutes today. So far, I've already completed 73 minutes. My plan is to do at least 30 minutes after work.0
