Go back a week or just repeat

I'm on day 2 of week 4. I do fine except I'm having to walk 1 minute of the final 5 minute interval. Should I go back to week 3 or just keep repeating week 4 until I can do it without having to walk for a whole week?

I wouldn't go BACK. Maybe repeat-- I think that would be better. I'm repeating week 5 right now because I felt like I wasn't ready to move on... going back probably wouldn't do that much for you since you seemed to have made it on to week 4, you know?0
