I'm a newbie... and thrilled to find this program. I had Roux-n-Y Gastric Bypass On January 5, 2012. I feel great and had a textbook surgery and recovery.
You'll find that I will contribute to the discussions, mostly because i'm opinionated, (LOL) but please know, I offer all in a spirit of love and support.
I'm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, I see many of you are from the United States, I may have had some different experiences, or maybe not!

Welcome! I had mine in 2001 and am in the process of bringing myself back down after bouncing up a little too high.
Again, welcome! I'm finding this to be a great tool and wish it would have been around when I had my surgery in the first place!
