MFP VS. EMTWL

When I plug in the calculation from scooby's workshop MFP says I will gain .2 lbs per week eating that much. Any thoughts on that?

Also, right now I am set to net my BMR and I eat back my exercise calories because I really am not sure what activity level to select.

I do NROLW 3 times per week, walk the dog for about 30 mins a couple times a week and that;s it. I sit around the house a lot aside from grocery shopping, cooking, and tidying which I don't really consider very physical work. I was thinking I would be light activity 1-3 hours but now I'm not sure.

    NROL takes about 30-60 minutes depending on the stage.
