Hello All,
The first week of May is done and everybody did excellent. Congratulations!!! There were 127 participants on the spread sheet and of the 127 there were 70 participants that lost this week (total of 149.6 lbs), 14 participants that did not record their Monday weight, 13 participants that stayed the same, and 30 participants that gained this week (total of 27.9 lbs).

    Yay!! I was #6, I'm so proud of myself! Congrats to all the winners and everyone participating! I had a good week with sticking to my calorie limit, drank tons of water every day and had some good cardio and sculpting workouts. I'm not thinking I will have as great results this week, but I have been averaging 2# a week since the beginning of February!

    Hi and gratz to everyone.
    I had had a bad week the week before and had put on 4lb :cry: so i was determined to get back on it and quick. I basically just got back to my way of eating (no carbs), drank at least 8 glasses of water and did my regular dog walks.
    Hey presto, i lost 5lbs :happy:
