I lost 4 pounds this last week! It just melted right off! I have never lost that much in a week. Its amazing! I think it is due to starting the cytomel. My body is liking something different to work with. I have been working out as usual. Even did a little less actually because i can't stand the work out level I am on so it is hard for me to want to do it lol. But I have also still been counting my calories and staying under goal for the most part with the exception of a couple of days. But the loss is amazing for me. I am so happy and motivated. I have been on it for two weeks now. I can't wait to see the difference in another two weeks.

I am so glad for you! Keep up the good work, Cytomel helped me at first, but after my body got used ot it, stopped, please keep me posted - maybe i can get my dosage increased again.

is great news. I just started too, only been on it for a week though, can't tell much difference yet, but hopefully week two will be like yours!
