Going by nrolw, my non workout calories should be at 2076 and at 2336 on workout days. Subtracting 15% for weight loss would be 1765 and 1986, which I will round up to 1800 and 2000 for ease. My question is....since I workout about 6 days a week, doing couch to 5k and some jillian Michaels videos, should I just eat 2000 a day everyday? Should I stop using my heart rate monitor and watching calories burned? My mistake the last couple weeks was that I was eating 1700 calories, but burning 500 a day and not eating any back. Duh. So what should I do for calories? Thanks for the help.

I prefer to eat the same amount everyday, rather than varying it based on workout or non-workout days. If you do a TDEE calculation, it averages your workout calories across the entire week so that you eat the same amount everyday. You do want to track your calories burned, more-so on big burn days, (BURN looks like bum in small caps...hmmm...everyday around here is a big bum day) to make sure that you NET your BMR.0

Okay, I've used the scooby calculator and gotten 1448 as my bmr and 2245 as my tdee. With a 15% cut my daily cals are at 1908. So that factors in exercise calories, correct? Now if I burn 500 calories a day im fine as long as my NET doesn't go below 1448? So my net should always be between 1448 and 1908, correct? I get confused with eating back exercise calories......aaagh!0
