Congratulations to ALL the GRFS Challenge Members for making it to WEEK 6!!! We are halfway there!!!!! I thought I would mix it up a little this week by doing a HALFWAY BOOST!!! Let's make an effort to do some sort of physical activity everyday this week!!!! We will all post on here the number of minutes exercised daily. This HALFWAY BOOST is in addition to Michael's Weekly Challenge!!!
I want to make sure that we make these next 6 weeks OUR BEST!!!! WE CAN DO IT!!!!

Great Motivating Pics Pam!! You're killing me though. Workout everyday...I will try my best, Monday is the day of my return to work after 1 year of maternity leave! Does getting out of bed and having the kids in the car by 7 count. LOL I guess this is the week to get my butt in gear in numerous ways!!

It was the first time I EVER took Pilates......It does NOT burn a great deal of cals...you do not break a sweat....BUT I feel sore in all areas today...including muscles I never felt before!!! I guess it does serve a purpose!0 -
