I start this next week and I'm excited! So what's it like? Do you lift as heavy as Push or is it more like Burn?

    You will still be encouraged to push your weight. The hard part of lean is that they are combo moves. Your abs will be feeling it, even if you don't lay on the floor and do crunches.
    You will want to get between 8-10 reps, but 12 is the number she makes you do. You know the rule about if you can do X amount, you're cheating yourself.
