encouragement for those not seeing the scale move!

I had to take 2 weeks off so far in this journey for health reasons, and it's amazing how much weight i lose during the off week! I have been eating 1600-1800 calories (sometimes more) so i know i'm not losing because i'm sick.

the first time i took at break, I lost 3 pounds that week. This time, i'm down 3 pounds since Monday!

My theory, we are putting our bodies through so much our weight does not have time to "catch up' so when you stop, the weight just falls right off!

This is very encouraging to me because I wasn't seeing much weight loss while doing BR, just lots of inches. :)

A little hope for those of you who aren't seeing the scale move! Once you stop you'll drop it like crazy! :)

  • You know, that's exactly what I realized today. I hadn't seen the scale move, zig-zagged my cals a couple days ago, taking a break tmrw (cause I know I have water retention)..& I've already seen a loss. & i haven't even "rested" yet..so I'm super happy! thanks for sharing though, great info!
