I really want to start low-carb tomorrow. i've done south beach in the past and felt great but as soon as i added carbs of course i gained the weight back (becuase i didn't add them in right). Anyways, two kids later, i've tried W.W. and very slowly lost a little. I've tried just counting calories, but i always go back to carbs. I know i feel better with low carbs so that's just what i'm going to do.
