Rest Days...

So I'm going to be starting NROLFW soon. Since I don't have a reliable or accurate means to calculate my calories burned for lifting... I'm going to be setting my calorie goal to my TDEE (exercise included) and just eat that everyday. My hope is to alternate it with C25K so that I'll get a workout 6 days a week and rest on sundays. Occasionally my body simply decides it needs an extra day off though. So my question is... on unplanned rest days... should I eat less? Or just eat what I normally eat?
