The after plan...

Just wondering what everyone else's plan is to do right after they're done with their 30 days? I don't have to much money to spend on exercise stuff such as the p90x videos since everything is going towards our wedding, but is anyone going to another (cheap) dvd workout?

I have some Ellen Barrett videos on Netflix and Hulu that I will go back to. She combines power yoga with pilates. They're awesome! Then I'll probably rotate some Jillian in there every few days, too. I also walk every morning and have been riding bicycle. And 8 Minute Abs. Hmm...I have a lot! :P

After 30DS, I'm going to start C25K, because I'm signing up for a 5k run on the 4th of July  It's the day after my bday and I'm pretty excited. That will be my 25th bday present to myself!

I have heard of ppl doing 30DS shred all over again but pushing themselves more and upping the weight they use. I saw a post were a lady had done it for 60 days and OMG she was ripped. I am going to start adding 6wk6pk to my 30DS and see how that does. I plan on continuing them both after the 30 days and I might throw in some walking ( my husband is training for the Warrior Race coming up in Oct.) or I might throw in small exercises ... since I tan at the gym I might as well do something while I am there LOL

I dunno....I still think this Level 2 is pretty challenging. I will be surprised if I've aced Level 3 by the end of the month. So my plan might be to stick with the 30 Day Shred at Level 3 for June, but increase the weight and intensity until I'm doing it "like Natalie."
