I am really excited. I say my neighbor this morning and he looked at me and said it looks like I've really lost a lot of weight since he last seen me!!! Yay, I can notice a difference in how my clothes fit but not really just by looking in the mirror so to have someone notice really gives me some extra motivation!

    Thanks everyone! I am really enjoying doing the shred and the fact that someone noticed makes me feel so much better about the sore legs and abs! lol
