level 2
So, I'm on to level two on Monday... any other level two-ers out there? I'm wondering how it's going. Do you find it much more challenging than level 1? I'm just happy that I'm 1/3 through the workout... I wasn't quite sure that I was going to stick with it, but now I know that I am! Woo Hoo! :)

Well, there haven't been many posts lately. Are you all still doing the shred? I'm starting level 3 on Thursday... I'm ready to finish up those last ten days. How's everyone else doing?
other work outs?
hi was just wondering if people were doing other exercise as well as 30 day shred? i feel like it is enough of a work out for one day but should i be trying 2 fit in something else with it only being a 20 min work out? Im not ready 2 add on or move up 2 level 2 yet because im still finding level 1 hard work! lol:smile:

Hi everyone. Day 2 for me today - Sore tonight! I felt a little tightness up the front of my thighs today and from my underarms stretching across towards my chest. Tonight I am really feeling it. Going up the stairs is sore. Coming down is even worse, lol! I am looking forward to my body becoming accustomed to this stress…
Anyone else experiencing back pain?
I was so bummed because I was supposed to start level 2 but have taken a break fro 2 days because my middle back is killing me! I especially feel it whenever I move or jump. I am going to try to work through it today if I can,

Level 1, 2, or 3?
Hi everyone, How long do you usually stay on each level. I started yesterday, and I began with level 1 which still made me sore today, but it was doable. How do you decide when to bump up to level 2? Thanks!
