I was so bummed because I was supposed to start level 2 but have taken a break fro 2 days because my middle back is killing me! I especially feel it whenever I move or jump. I am going to try to work through it today if I can,

    I have the same problem I think its the jumping jacks not sure but I try not doing so many it work a little. I started level 2 yesterday did not hurt. let me know what helps.
