First injury in BR :(

Well it took almost til the end of phase 1, but I did it. In workout 3 when Jillian has you go from the plank to the crescent pose, I lost my balance on the last one in the set and put all my weight on my right wrist. I move to phase 2 on Monday, but I would still like to know how to properly do that move without falling over. Is it just because my core isn't strong enough to balance? Any tips would be much appreciated!
