So the calculator thing put me at 1729 to eat with working out lightly 1-3 days a week; just doing cardio.
Now...I'm not interested in lifting at the moment. I might start later, but right now it's not my main focus.
So, should I still be eating that many calories? I'd afraid I won't lose any weight this way.

Is 1729 your cut value? That is, your TDEE less 15%? If yes, eat that every single day.0 -

I say yes, but if it seems to much for you right now, you could try just making sure you always net over your BMR, then up it from there.0
