Hello everyone! 12 weeks have gone by really quickly. Congratulations to all of you who tracked their weight and exercise on the group spreadsheet for the 90 Day challenge. For those of you who could not track, maybe you can join the next round.

All challenge participants, please post your weight and your measurements to the spreadsheet no later than Monday, May 14.

Happy Mother's Day to all mothers!

Also, let's reflect on the challenge in this thread.

1. How did you do?
2. Would you change anything? If so, what?
3. What advice do you have for others?
4. Would you like to participate in a Round 2?
5. Do you have pictures you would like to share?

Welcome to the new members of the group! Hopefully, you will be able to join the Round 2 90-Day Challenge!

    1. How did you do?

I did pretty good - 17 pound weight loss, over 12 weeks. But, I'll mention that I don't do much of the Les Mills workouts. Just a few things that my gym has to offer, as much as I can. BodyFlow, Body Attack (just once), Spin, etc... I've been on the weight-loss track for a long time now, so it's just par for the course.

    2. Would you change anything? If so, what?

I'd take more Body-Attack classes. They changed the time on me at the gym though. :(

    3. What advice do you have for others?

Stick to your plan 6.5 days per week. If you take a "free meal", log it no matter how many calories it was, but make sure you save up for it throughout the week or make up for it over the next 6 days. (No need to beat yourself up over it!) And, eat back your exercise calories 'cause it'll keep you stable.

    4. Would you like to participate in a Round 2?

I probably won't because I'm not doing many Les Mills classes, so I don't really fit in to the program. Although, I think Les Mills is awesome!

    5. Do you have pictures you would like to share?

Not skinny yet, but I've updated my profile pic. About 50 pounds to go...

    1. Pretty good is an understatement! You did a fabulous job!
    2. I love the Attack classes! I hope that the schedule permits you to get to Attack like you want.
    3. Thanks for the advice on the "cheat meal" and not cheat day!
    4. I hope you will reconsider, because I think we make a great support team!
    5. Your pictures are great! They show just what making the right choices, patience and time will do. I will post mine as soon as I can get them up.

I am very happy with my results from the first round of the Les Mills 90-Day Pump Challenge! :drinker:
I have taken a week off, and I am ready to get back into the saddle with Round 2. My focus this time will be changing my eating habits. This week, I am not ready to go really strict, but I do plan to incorporate Michi's ladder into my eating plan, somehow. Maybe I'll need one or two of those "cheat days."

Anyway, here are some pictures to share my results:

One more. This is the latest:

Your pictures look fantastic! Looks like you and I did equally well. It truly takes a lot of effort and consistency to lose weight. I'm happy to see that you are starting round 2. I think I'll stick around because it's not very often that you find someone with a similar level of motivation, like you and I. So, put me on the list!

There were a few others that had success too and I sure wish they'd give some feedback and post some pictures.

Be well everyone! I hope you stick around.
