Yesterday I had 9 month re-check. I'm down 106lbs from my top weight. My BMI has gone from 42% to 24%...24% is no longer obese...I AM NORMAL!!! My body fat is higher than I want. I'm trying to build more lean muscle and get it down at least another 10%. Overall, very happy with the results and very happy that I had gastric bypass. My life has certainly changed for the better.

    congratulations, I remember being excited when I dropped from morbidly obese to just plain obese and I must say I can't wait to join the "normal" club too. You have done great and 9 months seems amazing to me. Thanks for sharing your great results and best of luck toning up and building that muscle.

    Congrats! That must be an awesome feeling seeing you are no longer obese but considered normal. I hope to see that myself someday :)
