I started the attack phase yesterday; I plan to do it for 5 days before moving on to the cruise phase. My goal is to lose 10kgs in about 2 months.
I previously had a MFP account for over a year, so I am familiar with how the community works, but I figured it would be nice to have a fresh start with a fresh subcsription. I did not purchase the "personal coaching" from the official Dukan website, I feel the support here is motivating enough.
I am feeling a bit anxious about this diet -- I don't like eating only meat for a few days, without even a small tomato -- so any advice is welcome :blushing: :blushing:

The attack phase is short for a reason, rapid weight loss to get you motivated. You can't maintain it for very long, not enough variety and really as you said, how much meat can you eat! lol. Once you can add vegies, it will be easier to maintain. Also there are some proponents out there that allow a couple of "cheats" or tolerated foods a day to give you motivation.
