Phase 1 Results

I did it! Hard to believe I completed Phase1 and I'm just as excited to begin Phase 2 as when I started the program.

Total weight lost: 6.6 pounds...gained 1.2 this week...boo! But there may have been 3 beers involved ;0)

Inches lost: 10 (amazed by this!)

Waist: 4.5
Hips: 1.25
Thighs: L .75 R .5
Calves: L .5 R .5
Biceps: L .5 R .25
Bust: .25
Chest: 1.0

Down one pant size to a size 10.

I did not follow the meal plan, but I logged my calories daily and tried to stick to 1200 as close as possible. Some days were better than others!

I'm also doing the C25K program and for the most part swapped out the cardio on Wednesdays with a run. So all in all I guess I added 2 extra cardios throughout the weeks. I did do the kickstart week.

The results I'm seeing and feeling is what is keeping me motivated. I have so much energy (even with getting up at 5:30 am to get the workout in) and feel so strong...I love it!
