Week 8 Challenge

Here is you challenge for week 8

We are challenging you to up your fruit and veggie intake this week. The goal is to eat 4 servings of fruits/veggie (any combo of the 2) each day for the week......this gives us 28 servings throughout thee week.

Examples of a serving size:
1 medium banana, apple, orange
1/2 cup of any chopped veggie
1 cup of any diced fruit
10 baby carrots
1/2 medium potato or sweet potato
you get the idea...but if you aren't sure feel free to ask!!!

    dont think ill be winning this one lol. im at 30 so far. unless i have major veg days sat and sunday mine will be low lol.
