Diet plan?

Hello! I'm currently on week 5....and it's going fine, but my eating has really gotten out of control lately and I know that is hampering my running, and definitely derailing my weight loss goal. Can anyone tell me if you've found a good diet plan that accompanies the running plan? I need something to curb the cravings I've been noticing since I began the plan. Any information is greatly appreciated!

    I do not know of a diet plan, but I have noticed that I am more hungry than I use to be since I started this plan. If I find a plan I will let you know.

    Well, if you're exercising regularly, you should be eating more calories than you did before. If you're getting cravings because you're running, it's because your body is asking for more fuel to keep up with the demand. Are you more active now than you used to be?
