This is my first week as a MFP member. I've lost 15 pounds since the beginning of year of year but haven't been able to lose anymore in the past month. Weekends are a killer.

Committed to the following workouts for this week 05/14 - 05/20

Monday - Lower Body strength training and Zumba class
Tuesday - Upper Body strength training and 35 minus eliptical trainer
Thursday - Strength training and Cardio Kickboxing class
Saturday - Strength training and 35 elipitcal trainer

Determined like everyone else. Let's get it done this week.
