I need some help...

I know this has been asked a million times, and I've read through the stickies and all that. All these calculators give me different numbers, and I'm just really confused!
My stats:
Female
34 yrs old
4' 11"
146 lbs.
Body fat % is 40
My goal weight is 120
I work out for about an hour 5-6 days a week
How many calories do I need to eat a day? What do I set MFP? And do I eat back exercise calories?
Please help me! Numbers are making me crazy!

Scooby's is a good middle of the road calculator- go here:
http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
Enter in the info and put that you want to do 15% reduction. You don't have enough weight to lose to really support a much higher reduction. No sense in losing weight if it's muscle and not fat.
hope that helps0 -
Thank you! So from that calculator I get
BMR-1230
# to maintain-1907
# to lose at a 15% reduction is 1621
So on MFP, I want to set it at 1621, then NOT eat back my exersice calories burnt?0 -
Yep- You don't need to eat back your exercise cals because they are already accounted for.
The only caveat is just make sure if you exercise above and beyond what you've figured in your calculations then have some extra food to make sure you're not dropping below your BMR. For example- going to Disneyland for the day is a lot of walking so have a treat.0 -
Ok, I'm gonna give this a go, thanks for your help!!0
