FOR THOSE CONCERNED WITH THE SCALE......

Don't be!

My scale NEVER moves down.

My measurements ALWAYS *seem* to be the same (I suck at measuring myself, lol)

I went through a bulk over the winter to put on muscle (eating @2400cal), and dropped back into a deficit (1900 cal) 8 weeks ago to shed a bit of the fat that I accumulated along the way.

My scale has not gone down the entire 8 weeks.

At the beginning of my bulk I was 118, size 2. By the end of my bulk, I was 126, size 6. I'm now 126.6, size 2.

Just stay *consistent*, and trust the process....

That is all.

    Kiki,
I am sticking with it despite my bloating. I am determined to do this the right way. I want to live the rest of my life on the right track so I can handle a couple of weeks of bloated love handles. ;)

ah, yes....the bloating! Man, that feeling is SO uncomfortable in the beginning, not to mention, it just feeds that little voice that says "stop eating so much!" LOL.

Good for you for sticking it out, it is SO worth the little bit of uncomfort in the beginning.

Kiki, you are exactly why I am here!! I am so sick of worrying what the scale says when I should be more worried about hitting my calories and the size of my clothes!! You look AMAZING!!
