Maintenance or Fat Loss?

I am really confused on how to figure out if I should be eating at Maintenance or Fat Loss. I am 31, 5'6", 125 lbs and 21.9% BF. I am not wholly concerned with the number on the scale, but I would like to shed some left-over baby weight on my stomach and thighs while building muscle.
So, what do you think? Maintenance, fat loss, or somewhere in between?

I have baby weight to lose, I've had six, so my belly needs lots of work. I am doing maintenance and I am already seeing a difference. I also chose it since I would have enough fuel for the workouts and enough milk for my baby.
The best way to lose the fat is to build the muscle. So that is what my focus will be on.0 -
I approached it like the book suggested. I'm eating at maintenance (or at least trying to) for a month then will adjust if necessary.0

That is what I decided to do last night. Go a month and see how I am doing, then adjust if necessary. Just confusing because my Fitbit says I am only burning around 2000 calories a day, so I am worried about upping to 2100 on workout days. We will see how it goes!!
