Day 2 Increase your awareness

Now, enlist the support of someone who has known you for a while. Tell the person that you are starting on a new approach to getting in shape, and you need to ask five questions, for which you need honest responses. Ask the following questions in the order given:

1. I am in the process of losing weight. Did you realize that I needed to lose a few pounds?
2. How long do you think I have wanted to lose weight?
3. In your opinion, what would you say is the reason I'm overweight?
4.What do you think is going to be my biggest challenge in losing weight and keeping it off?
5. When it comes to nutrition, exercise, or attitude in regard to losing weight, which do you think is my biggest strength, and why?

Write the answers in your journal and note how you felt about the answers. We'll revisiting these questions and answers in 21 days.
