WEEKEND CHALLENGE RESULTS!

First of all let me say that I hope everyone had fun with this challenge. I think a little friendly competition is almost always helpful. I understand it was a difficult weekend for some to participate in the challenge but overall we had some very good results. Now let me get on to the results!
Overall as a group we managed to burn a whopping 16,223 calories over Friday, Saturday and Sunday! That is an astounding number that we should all be proud of…..
Again to calculate the results of each team I took the total amount of calories burned over Friday, Saturday and Sunday and divided by the total number of team members each team had. A BIG congratulations goes out to our winning team…
With a total loss of 7537 calories which works out to be 685 calories per team member!
In 2nd Place we have the…..
With a total loss of 5186 calories which works out to be 518 calories per team member!
And a great effort was also given by the…..
With a total loss of 3500 calories which works out to be 350 calories per team member.
Again congrats to all who participated in this challenge and especially to the Surfer Dudes for a great victory. We will be doing this same challenge again in a few weeks so get ready for it again. Hopefully the next time we will get to see even bigger numbers from each team!

Congrats!! I tried but to be honest I could of done more on Sunday but it was Mother's Day and I enjoied the family
