Just found this group this minute and changed my goals. My diary is open if anyone wants a nosy. By bodyfat is 21% and I did the calculation found in 'that' blog :smile:

    It's hard to comment on whether you've done it right without your stats - age, weight, height, activity level. Please provide that info and someone will confirm what you're doing. Thanks.
