Glutamine Anyone?

A friend recommended that I purchase glutamine and BCAA's to take after weight lifting days. Just got my products today.

Does anyone use them? Any effect (positive or negative) on your workouts? Would you repurchase? What brand, and how much do you take?

    Hey, I haven't taken those but I'm wondering if you have now, since you posted a few weeks ago. Notice any benefit?

    Today was actually the first day that I mixed it in plain water and drank it while i lifted weights in the gym. Up until this point, I would put it occasionally in my protein shakes, which is counter productive since there is already glutamine in the protein powder (pea protein)

    So, from here on out I'm going to be more consistent with the glutamine w/ plain water during workouts and I'll let you know how it goes @ vegansara.

    I bought Good Hemp with Glutamine and creatine. I'm going to swap my normal hemp protein for it on weight days. I'll see if it helps with performance and growth.
