how do you eat?

I eat on the run sometimes, I eat on the couch, I dont even warm up my food sometimes. I need to eat at the table use pretty dishes, and eat more actual meals and treated my self like Im a important guest . Not just make a piece of meat and bread and call it a meal.

I tend to eat at my desk or in the living room. I do everything I can to make food about energy and not an ordeal nor a celebration and definitely not a reward for something I have accomplished. That has really helped me to rethink what I eat and why I eat.0
