Great cardio workout today to all and welcome to our newest Sweat Fiend, Tiffany Robinson! Please invite her as a friend; her member name is trobinson23. Make sure you drink plenty of water (at least half of your body weight in ounces) which will not only help you lose weight, but will help flush out the lactic acid that's produced from working out which is the major cause of post work out pain.

I know we discussed kettle bells for Friday, but let's do dumbells instead so we can finish off our heavy week strong! Kettle bells are better for muscle endurance, AKA next week :-). Ladies will need a set of 20 - 25 lbs and guys 30 - 45. If you don't have and can't get a set by Friday, we'll make it work. Also, if you have an /stability ball, bring it as well. I'll bring a pump if you need some inflation.

By the way, I'll be there at 5:45 AM Friday (Valerie is going to have to leave early) so if anyone wants to come early to get in some extra, feel free!
